Richard Haefer

J. Richard Haefer is the founder and manager of the Mariachi Corazon de Phoenix, begun in 1992. He is also known as Ricardo, or to Felipe, R.I.P. and Arutro as "el profe." He has been playing mariachi for 25 years.
